With 10 years in oil and gas, and five years in construction under his belt, Josh started 365 Services Group with a goal to disrupt and shake up the building and development industry. He saw a real need in the industry for a transparent property services agency that reacted quickly and provided exceptional workmanship on every job.
Troy has over 15 years construction experience in NZ and Australia.He has brought his wealth of experience to Australia when he joined the 365 team as our Construction division manager.Troy oversees and coordinates all of our construction work — and works alongside the team. He’s highly experienced in home repairs and commercial builds. Managing entire projects, he’s skilled in making sure the project meets the relevant industry and government regulations as well as the client’s requirements.
James has been with the team for 5 years and now manages both property and professional cleaning services division. He personally assists the team in working through client’s needs and concerns to ensure the project exceeds their expectations.
Robbo is our southside maintenance tech and has been a long term employee starting with 365 from the early days ,Robbo previously owned his own handrail and core drilling business and can turn his hand to anything. He specialises in providing a direct approach to solutions, not overthinking the job at hand and doing it all with charm and a smile. He is passionate about his job and loves working with his son Ryan who is also a part of the365 team. After hours Rob enjoys travel and the outdoors and makes time for an annual trip to Bali with family and friends.
